Intubating a child and maintaining anesthesia via IV infusion that too for a supracondylar fracture where muscle relaxation is not required and then performing supraclavicular block doesn't make any sense...I simply prefer KETOFOL infusion which is better tolerated by kids over 3yrs, profound analgesia, safer, cost effective and practically viable...
